YRT Standard Series

Thrust-centripetal combined structure can simultaneously bear bidirectional axial load, radial load and

overturning moment. Introduction holes are evenly distributed on the bearing, which can be directly fixed to the

bearing with bolts; the bearing has been preloaded before leaving the factory, and there is no need to adjust the

clearance for installation; this series is suitable for low speed, short operating cycle, high rigidity and precision

requirements occasions, such as rotary table, inHangZhou head, etc.

YRTS High Speed Series

The external structure and dimensions are the same as the YRT series, but the internal structure is different

from the YRT series, which determines that the speed limit of this series is higher than that of the YRT series, and

the friction torque is lower and uniform than that of the YRT series. For occasions, this series can be selected, such

as bearings for shafts driven by direct drive motors.

ZKLDF Thrust Angular Contact Ball Series

ZKLDF series thrust angular contact bearing can also bear combined load, but it has very high speed and

very low friction torque, and can ensure high rotation accuracy at the same time. It is very suitable for some

applications, such as high-speed rotary worktable, milling, grinding, honing head, precision measurement, testing

equipment and so on.

Installation Instructions

Compared with ordinary bearings, YRT series bearings have higher precision, so noting it when installing and using them, otherwise the precision and service life of the bearings will be seriously affected.

The bearing should be handled with care, and the connecting bolts ensure the safety of the bearing during transportation. In order to make the bearing alignment easier, loosen the coupling bolts of the bearing itself before installation, and tighten or remove it after installation.

According to the given tightening torque MA, using a torque wrench to install, following the “cross method”,

and tightening step by step (as shown in the following picture). while rotating the bearing.

1. The first stage: MAX40%;

2. The second stage: MAX70%;

3. The third stage: MAX100%;
 

The fixing process of the outer ring is the same as that of the inner ring.

Notice:
1. Grade 10.9 or higher for mounting bolts.

2. The installation force can only be applied to the bearing ring to be installed, and it is not allowed to bear the force through the rolling elements.

3. During installation and removal, bearing assemblies cannot be disassembled or interchanged.

4. If the bearing is extremely difficult to rotate, loosen the mounting bolts and re-tighten them in 3 steps in a criss-cross sequence. Eliminate bearing deformation.

5. Do not knock the bearing during installation.
